Hi, I'm Renee!


I lived with pretty intense anxiety for as long as I can remember! I truly just thought that it was part of my personality and things I just had to deal with. I didn't know that what I was experiencing for soooo long was actually symptoms of a disorder and that I could bring myself back into balance and easeful living. It wasn't until a few years ago that I was really able to identify anxiety within myself and utilize the beautiful sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to begin my self-healing journey.

NOW I am a wellness teacher focused on helping clients find balance and specifically, to manage anxiety through yogic, Ayurvedic, and tantric practices. I am a certified yoga instructor and Ayurvedic wellness coach. I have a B.S. in Biology and a Masters degree in early childhood education. I now utilize my educational background to teach adults how to balance their physical, mental, & spiritual wellness.

Maybe this is new for you or maybe you've felt like this as long as you can remember. You may have even accepted some fixed mindset ideas into your beliefs about yourself, like "I'm just a worrier, that's who I am!" OR "I'm high strung, it's just my personality." OR "I have an active mind and will always struggle to fall asleep." These are just some examples of the false excuses we struggling with anxiety might come up with.


The reality, however, is none of us are fixed. Everything is ever changing and we have the power to bring ourselves back into balance!!


Did you know? In just the U.S., over 40 million adults suffer from some form of anxiety disorder! This statistic does not even include children, (which is when my anxiety started and I have witnessed anxiety in many young children over my years teaching in early childhood).

My point? Anxiety is an extremely prevalent wellness issue! Statistics also show that 63% of adults experiencing anxiety problems don't seek out or receive treatment! So many people probably live like I used to, not even knowing that what I was experiencing was anxiety and that there was a way out of it! Please don't let this be you! I designed this course with the truest intention of helping as many people as possible learn the tools they need for healing themselves and come into balance as an integrated whole.
